Pastries are beautiful and decadent at the same time, but many may find them hard to make. This recipe uses mini filo (phyllo) cups and rum to add a bit more bite to this delicious dessert.

Vanilla Rum Ball Pastries
Ingredients:- White Cake Mix
- 3 Egg Whites
- ¼ Oil
- 3 shots Rum
- Mini Fillo (phyllo) Shells
- Vanilla Icing
Instructions:
- Make cake mix according to instructions substituting water for the Orchata Rum
- There are two ways to bake the cake balls: in a cake pop pan by adding filo cups over the top of cake mix or pouring cake mix directly into filo cups.
- If you choose the later, use a teaspoon at a time. The filo cups are small and fill quickly.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- After cake balls have cooled, you can frost or add a tsp of rum before frosting to add a little more rum kick to each bite.
