We love our crock pot, it just simplifies our evenings so much. A new recipe we have added to the crock-pot category is Lasagna. Many might say what? But let me tell you this Easy Crockpot Lasagna is a new family favorite, even the 7-year-old can’t wait for the next time to make it.
There is no reason to be nervous with this recipe, it is forgiving. I enjoy this lasagna recipe from the slow cooker much more than I do from the oven.
EASY CROCKPOT LASAGNA RECIPE
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 Jar Spicy Ragu Pasta Sauce
- 1 15-ounce can tomato Sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg uncooked lasagna noodles
Directions
Brown Beef and onion over medium heat.
Stir in pasta sauce.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, Feta Cheese, and Parmesan cheeses.
Spoon one-third of the meat mixture into slow cooker; top with noodles, break into pieces to fit.
Spread with half of the cheese mixture and one-third of the meat mixture.
Top with more noodles, remaining cheese mixture and remaining meat mixture.
Cover and cook on Low heat setting 4 to 6 hours or until noodles are tender.
Sprinkle top of lasagna with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
Cover and let stand about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Cut into servings.
